Renovation of a communication facility in Owensboro, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a communication facility.
The City of Owensboro is seeking a reputable contractor to paint the Radio Communications Tower located at 1201 Daviess Street, Owensboro, KY 42303. The successful bidder(s) shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals required to prep and recoat the tower, in accordance with applicable local, state, and Federal requirements. It is expressly agreed by the contracting parties that time of completion is an essential part of this contract. If the work is not fully completed in the opinion of the Owner according to the terms of the contract, within time herein stipulated, subject to such extensions as granted by the Owner and hereinafter provided, it is mutually agreed that the Owner will be due damages of $750.00 per day, plus cost of excess field inspection.
