As of April 30, 2024, the project was awarded to Pepper Construction, but the awarded amount is not available. The Trustees of Purdue University will solicit and interview prospective CMc firms for the Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business Building project. The RFP process will consist of two stages. The first stage (RFP-A/B) will be a qualifications based review. From these responses, firms will be shortlisted to proceed to the next stage. The second stage (RFP-C) will consist of interviews. The new Daniels School of Business (DSB) Building will be located at the corner of Mitch Daniels Boulevard and Sheetz Street. Two existing structures will be demolished including Krannert Center (KCTR) and the adjacent building formerly owned by the Wesley Foundation. The new building will be approximately 164,000 GSF with new modern teaching and learning environments, necessary to accommodate new strategic direction of the School of Business including behavioral research labs, experiential learning centers, financial trading labs, data visualization teaching and research labs, active learning classrooms, and studio space to assist with online education. Strategic renovations are also anticipated in the existing Krannert (KRAN) building to facilitate the buildings connection to Krannert. all correspondence should be directed to the contact below.
