Project scope shall include the Earthwork Improvements, approximately 34,924 CY of excavation and over-excavation and moisture conditioning of 72 pads per NCTCOG and Owner's Geotechnical Engineer's specifications to serve 72 lots on approximately 16.63 acres. The project is located West of F.M. 1385 starting approximately 700 feet north of Aubrey Pkwy up to approximately 1,700 feet south of Sandbrock Pkwy, in the City of Aubrey ETJ, Denton County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount.
