The United States Air Force, 319 CONS, Grand Forks AFB, ND is seeking small business (SB), 8(a), HUBZone, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) small businesses that are capable of providing a Replacement Billboard on Steen BLVD B160, as defined in the attached Statement of Work and Salient Characteristics document. Work Schedule: The contractor shall perform all work with continuous daily progress. Grand Forks Air Force Base standard work hours are 0800 to 1630 hours; Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Working hours for the contractor will normally align with the base standard hours. If the contractor desires to work during periods other than the base standard work hours, additional Government inspection forces may be required. Therefore, to gain approval to work non-standard hours/days, the contractor shall make a written request to the Contracting Officer (CO) a minimum of three working days in advance of the contractor's intention to work during periods other than standard work hours/days. Additionally, if inspectors are required to perform in excess of normal duty hours/days solely for the benefit of the contractor, the actual cost of inspection at overtime rates may be charged to the contractor. These contract price adjustments may be made as directed by the CO. Requests to work non standard work times that that do not meet the three day notification rule will be highly scrutinized and not normally approved. SPECIFICATIONS: All work shall be accomplished according to UFC 1-200-01 General Building Requirements, Unified Facilities Guide Specifications, and any manufacturer's specification associated with materials and supplies.
