75H701-24-R-00025 Sources Sought: Renovate the existing outpatient pharmacy at the Wagner IHS Healthcare Facility to meet the latest United States Pharmacopeia (USP) compounding standards. Project: Wagner Clinic Pharmacy Renovation Location: Wagner Health Care Facility (Yankton Service Unit), 111 Washington Ave. NW, Wagner, SD 57380 The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000, Offerors shall submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to both the Contracting Officer at Shaukat.Syed@ihs.gov. Questions should be received no later than 10 calendar days prior to the proposal receipt date to allow time for a response. Inquiries or questions received after this date will be at the discretion of the Government. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Construction activities will occur within a functioning facility. Pharmacy services shall remain operational throughout the duration of construction so a temporary pharmacy space shall be constructed. If there is a time when pharmacy services will not be available, the contractor shall give the COR and service unit a 2 week notice as this will need to be communicated to the Tribe and community. The contractor(s) will be required to submit a detailed shut down schedule for any and all shut down periods. The phasing plans in the construction drawings has the contractor doing the following: o Renovate existing office space within the facility so it can be setup as a temporary outpatient pharmacy. o As shown in the construction drawings, relocate the existing high- density shelving unit from radiology, relocate pharmacy storage shelving, narcotics vault, Script-pro robot, refrigerators/freezers, etc. from the existing outpatient pharmacy to the temporary outpatient pharmacy space. To keep pharmacy services functional, this will need to happen after hours or on the weekend so the contractor shall bid accordingly. The script-pro robot can only be moved by a script-pro representative as to maintain the equipment warranty. Scheduling and payment for this service is the contractor's responsibility. o Renovate the existing outpatient pharmacy. Once complete, the contractor shall relocate all required items from the temporary outpatient pharmacy to the new outpatient pharmacy space. Again, relocation of items will need to occur after hours or on the weekend. The script-pro robot can only be moved by a script-pro representative as to maintain the equipment warranty.
