Request for Proposals (RFP) for Design/Build Services for the Police Court Complex (PCC) Building Roof Replacement. The City of Hobart (City) is seeking proposals from qualified architecture, design engineering, and roofing firms interested in designing and installing replacement roofing over four sections of the Police Court Complex (PCC) Building. The selected proposer is expected to work closely with the City and stakeholders to ensure that the project's design and implementation work is properly completed in a cost-effective, responsive, and timely manner. Qualified professional individuals/firms responding to this Request for Proposals (RFP) should include information requested in all of the RFP's sections. All information shall have been updated within the past three (3) months. Failure to provide the information requested or falsification of any information provided may result in disqualification of the proposal.
