Project Description: Exterior Work Consists of Approximately 68,000 Sqft of New Standing Seam Reroof Over Existing Tpo Roof and Replacement of Existing Metal Wall Panels, Soffits, Gutters, Downspouts, and Fascia, Electrical, Hvac, Plumbing, Storm Drainage, Concrete Paving, and Landscaping. Approximately 19,000 Sqft of Interior Space to Receive New Finishes. Scope of Work Includes but Not Limited to, Demo, Misc. Steel, Light Gauge Framing, Flooring and Tile, Millwork, Drywall, Masonry, Paint, Wall Covering, Coiling Doors, Storefront, Doors Frames and Hardware, Building Signage, Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, and Final Cleaning A Bid Security (Bid Bond) of 5% for Proposals Greater Than $50,000 is Required to Be Included With the Proposal Nabholz Construction Services and the Kiamichi Tech Encourages All Qualified Small, Minorityowned, Women-owned, or Disadvantaged Business Enterprises to Submit Bids on and Receive Contracts for Goods, Services, and Construction.
