Renovation of a mixed-use development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The Architect/Engineer (A/E) firm shall furnish professional services for 100% design to upgrade the main facility entrances and the connecting corridors and areas at the Richard L. Roudebush Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The project objective is to architecturally upgrade the areas with highest user traffic flow of the VAMC by improving lightness, integrating materials, textures, colors and shapes, removing unnecessary obsolete elements while keeping the symbolic ones and improving specific areas for a neat, current, efficient and safe use. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. Requests for Information due 2/26/2024
