SOLICITATION NUMBER: CRFQ 0403 DBS2400000004 The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and the Blind (WVSDB) to establish a contract for a door and window replacement and related construction at WVSDB per the attached specifications and terms and conditions. B. The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents, and consists of the following: 1. Selective Demolition and removal of doors, door frames, glass unit masonry, windows, and window treatment as indicated on Drawings. a. Demolition will include asbestos materials abatement. 2. Provision of new aluminum-framed storefront glazing, exterior hollow metal doors and frames, interior flush wood doors in hollow metal frames, door hardware, selected room finishes, and patching and re-finishing surfaces affected by construction operations
