Renovation of a detention facility in Tennessee Colony, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The entirety of the Work as described by these documents is fundamentally divided into two portions. 1. One, to be provided by the Vendor the seller or offerer of materials, equipment, and/or provision of field services to fulfill the Vendors obligations. a. The portion of the Work to be provided by the Vendor may be limited to provision of materials, equipment, and/or field services only (Part-1 and Part2 of included Specification Specifications). 2. And two, the portion of the Work described as the actual installation and/or construction. a. The portion of the Work identified as construction and/or installation may or may not be identified to be performed by Vendor. Please review Scope of Work to be performed by Vendor and included documents carefully. Design Professional (DP) a person registered as an architect under Chapter 1051 Occupations Code, a landscape architect under Chapter 1052 Occupations Code, an engineer under Chapter 1001 Occupations Code, or any person licensed or certified as acceptable to applicable Authority Having Jurisdiction such as a Fire Alarm Planning Superintendent, etc.For reference, document existing elements via photographs or videos prior to beginning activities which disturb existing conditions. Contractor assumes liability for damages that may occur if Contractor fails to provide reference documentation.
