The RFP provides vendors with the relevant operational performance application and architectural requirements of the system. he Beaver Valley Intermediate Unit Board of School Directors (BVIU) invites vendors to submit sealed written proposals to supply an Audio/Visual solution to the New Horizon School located at 128 Friendship Circle, Beaver, PA 15009, which is operated by the BVIU. Awarded at the meeting of the Board of School Directors of the BVIU to be held at 6:30 p.m. on March 27, 2024, in the Boardroom at the BVIU at the same address. The BVIU reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, either in whole or in part; to waive any imperfections; to alter the scope of the work; and to award the contract to the most responsible provider that serves the best interests of the BVIU.
