This project, in general, consists of demolition of the existing c-train shower unit, site preparation and installation of a new modular shower building, remodel of an existing space into a new laundry room, site utilities to the new laundry room, upgrade accessible features including the path of travel to the shower building and laundry room, new ADA ramp and accessible door to the laundry room. Liquidated Damages 1,000.
