No bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening. Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Performance Bond for One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract price, with a corporate surety approved by the City of Meriden, will be required of the lowest responsible bidder. The attention of bidders is directed to the requirement for minimum wage rates to be paid under this contract. The City of Meriden is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
