This will include furnishing all labor, material and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and contract documents. The LACDA intends to award a one-year contract with the option of four (4), one-year extensions, provided services are satisfactory and funds are available. The landscaping services will be provided at administrative buildings, housing development properties, and vacant properties throughout County of Los Angeles, in accordance with Appendix B, Statement of Work. The LACDA is not liable for costs incurred in the preparation of the respondent's proposal. It reserves the right to issue supplementary information or guidelines related to this RFP. The Proposer, as a company, must have eight (8) years of experience, within the last (10) years, providing landscaping services or services equivalent or similar to the services identified in Appendix B - Statement of Work. The Proposer as a company must maintain a current and valid contract C27-Landscaping Contractors License issued by the California State License Board (CSLB) by the time the Contract is executed. Proposer's Background and Experience (Section B.1) The Proposer must provide relevant information to demonstrate that the Proposer meets the minimum requirements related to background (training, certification, licensure, etc.) and work experience stated in Sub-paragraph 1.4 of this RFP, and has the capability to perform the required services as a corporation or other entity, as specified in Appendix B - Statement of Work. In addition to the information, the Proposer must clearly identify the company's years of experience for the services prescribed in the Appendix B - Statement of Work, attach copies of all required licenses, certifications, and trainings, and project manager's name, years of experience, and complete detailed resume to support the qualifications requested. Failure of the Proposer to provide all supporting documentation (copies) and information shall be grounds for the LACDA to determine the Proposer non-responsive and no further consideration will be granted to the Proposer. In addition, the Proposer shall provide resumes from all foremen, supervisors, lead person, HUD Section 3 and LWP payroll coordinators, and contract administrators. A copy of the Proposers current and valid contract C27-Landscaping Contractors License shall be included in this section.
