Site work for a mixed-use development in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
Questions received less than three (3) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The site of the work is located adjacent to Scottsbluff Senior High School on Second Avenue, Scottsbluff, Nebraska. The major items of work and approximate quantities under this contract are as follows:- Backfilling the pool with imported fill with a 4" concrete floor throughout. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Right is reserved in the interest of the Owner to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in the Bids received.
