The City of Sacramento Department of Utilities, herein after "City", is inviting professional engineering consultants to submit their proposals for engineering services for the condition assessment of the City's Sump 85 Force Main. The force main is a 21-inch main that is estimated to be roughly 5,900 linear feet and is located along Edgewater Rd between Bay Drive and Altos Avenue, and along Altos Avenue between Edgewater Road and Eleanor Avenue. Services include (but are not limited to) engineering support to perform a condition assessment of the Sump 85 force main and assist in the preparation of a condition assessment program for other force mains, referred to as the Force Main Condition Assessment Program. This requirement will not apply if the agreement amount is less than $250,000. Note: All products produced as a result of this RFP and project will be the property of the City and shall not be copyrighted by the Consultant team.
