Only questions submitted through this process will be accepted. All responses to questions regarding this RFP will be posted on our website February 20, 2024 at or before 2:00 p.m. The Twin Rivers Unified School District is soliciting quotes for cabling infrastructure at Oakdale K-8. The project consists of the purchase and installation of new network cabinets, cabling and trenching. The Contractor is to provide and install all items necessary, stated herein or not, to furnish the owner with a functional telecommunication cabling system. The project includes cabling the school with paired CAT 6 cable from IDFs to each classroom space. All existing Cat6A cables that are currently and correctly run to the IDF's specified in this document are to remain. The District is requiring that the entire project be completed by September 30, 2025. There will be approximately 9,250 feet of single mode fiber from the MDF to IDF's and approximately 62,200 feet of CAT 6A cable. The District reserves the right to retain all of the Proposals and to use any ideas in a proposal regardless of whether the proposal is selected. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the Responder of the conditions contained in this request for Proposals, unless clearly stated and specifically noted in the proposal submitted and in the contract between the District and the Responder selected. Proposals may be withdrawn by the proposer prior to the time fixed for the opening of Proposals but may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for submittal of proposals. The successful proposer(s) shall not be relieved of the proposal submitted without the District's consent or proposer's recourse to Public Contract Code Sections 5100, et seq.
