Site work for a mixed-use development in San Tan Valley, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

A description of the work of this project can besummarized to include the installation of a new water line distribution system. There are three wells on site that will require new pumps (two north, one south) to service the following: the visitors center, two staff houses, a shop, and four R.V. sites for seasonal help. The new water lines will come from the currently active north and south wells, and the third well which has been inactive will be repurposed for water truck use.
