Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Peters, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Renovate the Elections lobby area. Bid to include demolition, preparation and constructing a new lobby area with service windows. Wall to be held a Minimum of 1'-6" below ceiling to accomodate existing lights and fire protection. All objects that ban block sprinkler's spray must at leat be 1'-6" away from sprinkler deflector. St. Charles County is accepting bids for the following:IFB 24-064 Elections Lobby Renovations One [1] signed original and one [1] signed copy of the bid must be received in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the title, date and time of the bid opening in the lower left corner of the envelope. St. Charles County has the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids.
