Crack Repair Special, Scrub Seal, Fog Seal, and Pavement Markings Questions regarding this Project, including any questions prior to bidding shall be directed to Steve Krasaway, Resident Engineer, at 218-625-3841 or krasaways@stlouiscountymn.gov Electronic bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond in an amount which is at least equal to 5% of the total amount, and may be submitted electronically through Bid Express using Surety 2000 or Tinubu, or as a hard copy by mail or other delivery method, either as a corporate surety bond or a certified check made payable to the County Auditor of St. Louis County. If not submitted electronically, the proposal guaranty must be received at the St. Louis County Public Works Department, 4787 Midway Rd, Duluth, Minnesota, 55811, in a sealed envelope marked clearly with the name of the bidder, type of work, and project number by 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the specified date of opening. Expected Award Date:03/26/2024 Project Start Date:05/13/2024 Construction Start Date:05/13/2024 Construction End Date:06/21/2025 Read carefully the wage scales as they affect these projects. Minimum wage rates to be paid by the contractor have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations. Those which apply to these projects are set forth in the proposals for these projects.
