Closing Time: 2:30 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/02/20 02:30:00 PM NST The Province is requesting bids for the installation, start-up and Commissioning of Owner supplied Roof-Top Packaged Units. Scope of work includes but is not limited to: a. Provide all required personnel, materials, labor, test instruments, tools and accessories required to complete the installations. b. New Unit pick-up at NLSchools storage shed next to St. James Elementary and delivery to each site. c. Preparation of existing site conditions to include: i. Mechanical disconnection of existing to be replaced Units. i.e Ductwork, etc. ii. Cut, flange and gasket existing ductwork as necessary to mate with new units for an airtight connection iii. Alignment of existing ductwork with new replacement unit openings iv. Repair of roof curb flashing as necessary, ensure watertight v. Installing owner supplied curb adaptors where required vi. Install neoprene gasketing on all curb railings vii. Boom/crane lift services for removal of existing to be replaced units and placement of new units. d. Include any fabrication services for alterations to roof curbs, curb adaptors and connection to existing ductwork as required. e. Provide onsite safety signage and barriers as required by scope and regulatory Authorities. f. Removal and disposal of existing Units to an approved disposal facility g. Lift and placement of new replacement Packaged Roof-top Units and associated curb adaptors on existing roof curbs. Align bottom opening to existing ductwork. h. Once NLSchools has re-terminated Electrical, complete start up checks and commissioning for each unit. Confirm proper fan rotation, refrigerant pressures, etc. Each unit to be operational prior to de-mobilization. i. Airflow balancing: Adjust/replace pulleys of new units to match as close as possible to existing airflow of existing removed unit(s) Electrical and Controls by Owners trades.
