The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and New York State Psychiatric Institute (NYSPI) are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance for HVAC and Ancillary Equipment for NYSPI, located at 1050 Riverside Drive, New York, NY 10032. The Program Work Plan with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at: MBE - 16%; WBE - 14%.
