Site work for a water / sewer project in Edgewater, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work includes the following major items: Well AA AD 29: Demolition of a concrete slab and the abandonment of an existing well. Glendale SCW: Relocation of water main. Complete demolition of the building (including all equipment and piping inside), sidewalks, pavement, and a wooden retaining wall found within the existing chain link security fence. Abandonment of existing well. Existing fence and gates to remain. Thelma Ave Well Cap: Demolition of a concrete block and piping. Well has already been abandoned. Phillip Drive SCW: Complete demolition of the building (including all equipment and piping inside), sidewalks, pavement, and chain link security fence. Abandonment of existing well.
