Warminster Township 2024 Curb Ramp Installation The Work to be completed under this contract includes a Base Bid and Alternate Bid for the replacement of concrete curb ramps at specified locations in the Township in accordance with the current ADA/PennDOT regulations. All material, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408, Publication 72 and Township Standards. The work shall be substantially complete within 80 calendar days after the date when the contract times commence. A nominal fee of 0.33% of the bid amount (from $100 up to $5,000) is assessed only to bidders awarded contracts. This project is subject to applicable provisions of Act 422, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended, and the prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry for work valued at over $25,000. If the Contract Price exceeds $193,461.80, the project is also subject to the Township's Responsible Contractor Ordinances. Warminster Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informality in the bids. All bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the Bid Opening or for such period of time that Bidder may agree to in writing upon request.
