Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Contractor shall be required to perform the required work on a quarterly, annual and emergency repairs basis. The Contractor is required to abide by Scott AFB, local, county, state and federal laws under this contract. The Contractor shall provide authorized technicians, with appropriate documentation, with the ability to perform maintenance/repair on York/Johnson Control Chillers, to include any proprietary mechanical and/or software maintenance/upgrades. The Contractor is required to follow York/Johnson Control manufacturers recommended methods/procedures to maintain/repair York/Johnson Control chillers. The Contractor shall provide personnel, tools, supplies, transportation and equipment, to include gantry's necessary to accomplish requirements under this contract. VSD's: The Contractor shall perform maintenance for the VSD's per manufacturer instructions and specifications to include any proprietary mechanical and/or software maintenance/upgrades. Maintenance shall be scheduled to perform in conjunction with the maintenance of the chillers. Maintenance shall be performed to maintain the VFD's at factory standards and prepare for effective, reliable and efficient operation. Maintenance shall include, but may not be limited to, vacuum cleaning and tightening and verification of electrical connections. Chillers: The Contractor shall perform maintenance for three chillers at building 44 and two chillers at building 5160.
