The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center ("Owner") is soliciting proposals (each, a "Proposal") from qualified respondents (each, a "Respondent") for selection of a Construction Manager-at-Risk for its project number FPDC-230263 , Bed Tower Mobilization Reshuffles ("Project"), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals. Owner Issues Pre-Construction Services Notice to Proceed 06/18/2024 Construction Manager achieves Final Completion 12/21/2027.
