EllisDon Corporation, acting as the Construction Manager on behalf of BGIS, is inviting Proponents to submit their Statement of Qualifications to pre-qualify to bid on the PDP3 AWR project. The project is located at 11 Rue Laurier St, Gatineau, Quebec J8X 4A6. The Place de Portage III facility was built in the 1970s and will be rehabilitated into a modern complex to update and modernize the base building services. It consists of nine (9) towers varying from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3-storey bridge over Maisonneuve Boulevard. The work pertaining to this RFQ is anticipated to start in Q3 of 2024 and be completed by Q3 of 2027. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
