The Town of Landis requests a Statement of Qualifications from qualified contractor/construction companies for the building of anew restroom and shower facility at Lake Corriher Wilderness Park. The facility will house two separate showers and restrooms and will need to meet all ADA standards. The Town of Landis reserves the right to select the company that best meets its needs and negotiate a final Scope of Work that reflects the work to be done. All companies submitting a proposal will receive notification once the contract has been awarded. The Town of Landis, hereafter referred to as the "Town", is accepting Proposals from contractor/construction vendors or a team of vendors for an upcoming building project at Lake Corriher Wilderness Park. The project consists of the construction of a new restroom/shower facility in the park's campground area off Tranquil Lake Drive. Qualified vendor(s) will be able to provide the following services/needs for this project. o Applying and obtaining all proper permits o 12x24 structure housing two (2) separate facilities with individual entrance doors. The structure will house a total of two (2) ADA-compliant showers, two (2) sinks, and two (2) toilets constructed on a concrete slab. o Back entrance to plumbing, electrical, & storage room o Plumbing and electrical for a hot water heater; Town will install main line taps; contractor will need to hook up to main lines. All electrical wiring. Town can run electricity to the structure thereafter. o Ventilation System o Sealed Concrete Floors o Moisture resistant, interior walls o Tile board shower walls - durable and cost-efficient o Exterior wood composite siding and metal roofing o Exterior steel doors with keypad entry /separate interior locks while restroom is in use o Motion sensor interior and exterior lighting o All appropriate handrails, benches, shower heads and faucets o Two (2) wall mirrors, two (2) automatic toilet paper dispensers, and two (2) air hand dryers
