Contract Term: Work shall be completed within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after Owner's written Notice to Proceed. Scope of Work: The Wing Hall Window Replacement project scope includes the complete replacement of the existing curtain wall window system and insulated metal spandrel panels with a new thermally broken aluminum framed curtain wall, including insulated glazing and aluminum spandrel panels. Work also includes limited repair and repointing at the exterior masonry, installation of thru wall flashing, perimeter flashing at window openings, and limited repair to interior finishes, as well as the installation of window shades. Location: 125 Wing Drive, Ithaca, New York 14853 - Tompkins Work shall be completed within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after Owner's written Notice to Proceed. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) SDVOB Goal: 6.00% Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) MBE Goal: 5.57% WBE Goal: 4.85% Bids must be accompanied by a bid security (bid bond or certified check) in the amount of 10% of total bid.
