As of March 14, 2024 project was awarded to Hutch Paving, awarded amount is $464,553.40. The Project includes the following Work: Parking lot reconstruction consisting of HMA base crushing and shaping, earthwork, drainage improvements, new HMA pavement, markings, and other related work. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 804 Ft Storm Sewer, 6 inch to 12 inch 140 Ft Water Service, HDPE SDR 9, 1 inch 5,050 Syd HMA Base Crushing and Shaping 2,590 Sft Concrete Sidewalk and Drive Approaches 1,185 Ton HMA 3C and 4EL Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Village of Oxford, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner. Plans and specifications will not be mailed/e-mailed until payment is received. The non-refundable fee shall be by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover accepted) orin check form and shall be drawn payable to ROWE Professional Services Company. Bidding documents must be purchased from the Engineer. Bids submitted on forms obtained anywhere besides the office of ROWE Professional Services Company will not be accepted. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. 1 A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 6.01 of the General Conditions.
