THE UTAH TRANSIT AUTHORITY'S MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY UTA's management approach anticipates working with the contractor to timely identify and resolve issues and construct a quality product in a timely manner. GENERAL PROJECT DESCRIPTION The scope of the project is to construct a paved multi-use trail that connects the UTA FrontRunner Clearfield Station to the Rio Grande Rail Trail and the Freeport Center. Construction includes but is not limited to trail construction, utility locating and coordination, retaining wall construction, railing construction, pavement marking and signage, lighting, fencing and landscaping. See plans and specifications in the Appendix for detailed scope of work required. Contractor is responsible for obtaining required permits and approvals for this work. Portions of the Project will be performed within UDOT Right of Way along Antelope Drive (SR-108).
