All Work Shall Be Done as Shown on Drawings Called for in the Description of the Work and in a Manner Directed by the Specifications of the City of Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio. The Engineers Estimate for This Project is $776,200. A Bond for the Full Amount of the Bid; or A Certified Check Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid; or A Cashiers Check Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid; or A Letter of Credit, Pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code, Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid; Made Payable to the City of Warren, Ohio, as a Guarantee That if the Bid is Accepted, a Contract Will Be Entered Into, and Its Performance Secured. If the Bidder is a Corporation for Profit, Its Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Photocopy of Documentation From the State of Its Incorporation Showing the Name in Which the Corporation is Incorporate.
