2020 BOND Bid Package #20 - 2024 Paving Projects at South Lyon East High School and Centennial Middle School The following bid categories are included in this project: - 32 0000 Asphalt Paving & Concrete Project Addresses: South Lyon East High School 52200 10 Mile Road South Lyon, MI 48178 Centennial Middle School 9 Mile Road South Lyon, MI 48178 South Lyon High School (Pool Addition Paving) 1000 N Lafayette St South Lyon, MI 48178 Contractors are required to provide the following documentation with their bid: - Bid Bond - Familial Disclosure Form - Iran Sanctions Form Bid security by a quality surety in the form of a bid bond, cashier check, or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid/Quote/Proposal amount shall be submitted with the Bid. All cashier's checks must be scanned and submitted electronically through online. The district will not consider a Bid that does not include a bid security The right to reject any or all Bids, either in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, is reserved by South Lyon Community Schools. The Board of Education will not consider or accept a Bid received by the Board after the date and time specified for receipt of Bid. Bidders will be permitted to withdraw their Bid, unopened, after it has been submitted if so requested prior to the time specified above for opening of Bid. The successful bidder shall be required to enter into a contract with South Lyon Community Schools. The successful bidder shall pay all taxes required by law. Bidders must provide familial disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.1267 and submit this with their Bid. The Bid will be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder, and any member of the Board of Education of the school district, or the Superintendent of the school district. The district will not consider a Bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement.
