Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Canaan, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; for paving for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Bidders attention is called to the requirements as to the conditions of employment to be observed and to the requirements for the prompt commencement and completion of the work. All work shall be completed during the Summer Season while School is not in Session: June 17, 2024 to August 16, 2024. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the bid opening. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof, to waive defects in the same, or to accept any proposal or any part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of New Canaan, Connecticut. All bidders are requested to note that the award of this Contract is subject to the following conditions and contingencies: 1) 2) The approval of such governmental agencies as may be required by law. The appropriation of adequate funds by the proper agencies.
