For the purposes of this RFP, the following parties are identified: Owner: The Corporation of the Municipality of Lambton Shores Contact for Enquiries: Sam Shannon, Infrastructure Manager Telephone No.: 519-243-1400 ext. 8215 Email: sshannon@lambtonshores.caAll inquiries, clarifications, or questions shall be communicated through the above The Municipality of Lambton Shores received their Combined Linear Infrastructure (CLI) Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) for their Municipal Sewage Collection System, ECA Number: 049-W601, which requires assessment and comparison of available wet weather and dry weather flow data to the Authorized System. Description of Services to be Provided As a requirement of the Municipality's CLI ECA, an assessment of wet weather versus dry weather flows for the Authorized System, which can be found in the CLI ECA in Appendix A, for available flow data dating back to 2012 and onward is required. The Municipality has not and does not have a formal network of flow monitoring devices that actively track and compile flow data throughout the sewage system. The Successful Proponent shall undertake a desktop analysis of available flow information, records of previous bypass or overflow issues, general wet weather versus dry weather records within the Municipality, and any other information that may be deemed valuable to ultimately recommend areas within the collection system that should receive further investigation so that the Municipality can retain further flow monitoring, camera work, or other services to further determine sources of inflow and infiltration The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
