The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as VDOT) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish and deliver Smoothwall HP Grey Plastic Pipe per the specifications contained herein. The vendor shall furnish and deliver Smoothwall HP Grey Plastic Pipe advanced drainage system N-12 or Equivalent, as described below. 1. Quantity - 120FT 24" x 20' Smoothwall HP Grey Plastic Pipe 2. Quantity - 100FT 60" x 20' Smoothwall HP Grey Plastic Pipe Pipe shall be delivered within 10 days of receipt of purchase order. Delivery location: Fremont Area Headquarters 433 Dante Mountain Road Clincho, VA 24223 Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Christine Necessary at christine.necessary@vdot.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informality, and to delete items prior to making an award. Any bid in response to this solicitation shall be valid for 30 days. At the end of the 30 days the bid may be withdrawn at the written request of the bidder. If the bid is not withdrawn at that time it remains in effect until an award is made or the solicitation is canceled.
