The Municipality of Callander (the Municipality) is seeking Proposals for the preparation of detailed design and technical drawings for the fully autonomous public washroom unit, pre-fabrication, delivery and installation on site. This project involves a grant that has a strict timeline and is intended to be completed by December 31, 2024 within the project's budget of $250,000. Proponent's are required to submit a proposal for an autonomous washroom/shower facility listing features and additional options to be considered. The successful Proponent (the Supplier) then will work with the Municipality to prepare the design with required modifications in the washroom unit. The preferred facility would be a compact single structure with a single universal accessible washroom and a separate shower and changing room.
