Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Trafford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work under this project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment required for the performance for the entirety of the Walking Trail as indicated in the Contract Documents. The work essentially includes, but not limited to, the following All necessary site preparation ,Removal of all Tree roots and other such impediments ,Grade adjustment as required ,Thorough compaction of subbase material Placement of compacted stone subbase, and Bituminous Materials ,Repair and Restoration of areas adjacent to the new walkway ,All other related and required site restoration and landscaping. All work under this Contract will be performed at the B-Y Park within the Borough of Trafford, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. The Contractor shall notify The Borough of Trafford and Glenn Engineering at least seven (7) calendar days before construction is to start. The liquidated damages shall be Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00) per consecutive calendar days as a measure of liquidated damages the Owner will sustain for failure of the Contractor to promptly complete the work. the Contractor shall after all Contract Work is completed, approved and accepted, the Contractor present and eighteen (18) month Maintenance Bond in the name of the Borough of Trafford in an equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the final contract payment price This project shall be completed not more than Ninety (90) consecutive calendar days following the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
