The Storage Building Project includes the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide and construct a 35 x 72 storage building for the public works department. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Township Engineer The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid price, made payable to Buffalo Township The bid envelope must be clearly marked Buffalo Township Storage Building Project. Buffalo Township reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof. Attention of bidders is called the requirements concerning the payment of not less than the prevailing wage and salary rate provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 for the Storage Building Project. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day
