The City of Whitehorse (the "City") is undertaking the design and construction of an upgraded water treatment plant at the existing Selkirk Pumphouse site, located at 18 Selkirk Street, Parcel: 8057669, lot 1172 Quad 105D/11 - LTO 2000-0204 LTO YT, in the Riverdale neighborhood of Whitehorse, Yukon, to add a secondary treatment process to the system (the "Project"). Pursuant to this RFP, the City is inviting experienced and qualified Proponents to submit Proposals to: (a) provide engineering pre-design, preliminary design and preconstruction services related to the planning, scoping, scheduling and costing of the Project; and (b) eventual detailed design, construction, commissioning and training related to the Project.
