Site work and new construction of a military facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the construction of a 41,000-square-foot military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
The owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers. Construction of a new 41,000 GSF Readiness Center building for the Massachusetts National Guard at Joint Base Cape Cod in Bourne, MA. The building will consist of an assembly hall, administration areas and classrooms, fitness area, locker room, shower rooms, and a serving kitchen. A 6,000 SF unheated storage may or may not be attached, and an exterior flammable materials storage area will also be included as part of the project. The project is in the study process and has been designated as security sensitive. The project is receiving federal funding and will be subject to the Build America Buy America Act. Request for Qualifications for Construction Management Services, Joint Base Cape Cod, New Readiness Center, Bourne, MA.
