The project consists of the installation of a new sanitary doghouse manhole and sanitary sewer connection to an existing pump station, abandonment of sanitary manholes and sanitary sewer, and necessary by-pass pumping. Add Alternate: The add alternate consists primarily of lining the modified manhole that will be converted into a straight pipe run with cured-in-place pipe. The successful bidder(s) must self-perform at a minimum 50% of the contracted work. Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and labor and material bonds in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Town of Victor reserves the right to consider bids for forty-five (45) days after the receipt before awarding any contract. The Town of Victor further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept any Proposal or individual item or items, which it may deem to be the most favorable to its best interests.
