The anticipated work for each Job Order may include: The anticipated scope of work for this on-call JOC General Civil & Facilities Contract consists primarily of, but is not limited to, earthwork, wet utility work, stormwater drainage improvements, asphalt and/ or concrete paving (city streets, driveways, and parking lots), striping and signage, concrete flatwork (sidewalks, driveways, and small structures), fencing, landscaping (planting, weeding, watering, BFM, and hydroseed), irrigation, clear & grub, chain & mow, landscape mitigation, site improvements, building framing, masonry, roofing, site clearing, demolition, maintenance, and modification of existing buildings and facilities, plumbing, lighting, and HVAC repairs. Work may include all incidental professional and technical services required for quality control monitoring and testing, shop drawings, safety, environmental, scheduling, traffic control, storm water pollution prevention, geotechnical, surveying, biological, and hazardous/ contaminated materials for projects at locations throughout San Diego County for SANDAG and its member agencies, cities, and Caltrans.
