OPRHP is seeking to solicit quotes for RFQ FL-CL-2023-002 for the Park Office Heat Pump at Cayuga Lake State Park, 2678 Lower Park Road, Seneca Falls, NY 13148, Seneca County, New York. Provide the following as indicated in the attached drawings and specification, and miscellaneous work as required to provide complete, functional, and correctly operating systems: 1. Park Office Heat-Pump System: a. Shut down and removal of existing natural gas fired furnace and associated fuel lines. Service shutdown and meter removal by others. b. Provide cold-climate air-source heat-pump unit, ducted air handler and associated supply/return and electrical/control lines in line-hide. Provide outdoor unit on a stand secured to concrete pad. Provide electrical connection at existing disconnect box provided by OPRHP. c. Provide air sealing of existing ceilings and walls. 2. Park Office Heat Recovery Ventilator: a. Provide one heat recovery ventilator. Provide electrical connection at disconnect boxes provided by OPRHP. The Request For Quote (RFQ) Form, drawings and specifications are attached for your review and use. For purposes of this RFQ and its associated documents, the definition of the term "Provide" shall mean to supply, erect, install and connect the item or system referred to, for a complete, functional, correctly and code compliant operating system. New York State Clean Heat Rebate Bidders shall enter the value of their bid without the NYS Clean Heat rebate on this RFQ form and attach a sheet to this form showing how the rebate will affect the total project cost to the Owner. Please note, this additional sheet should only be provided by bidders who are qualified NYS Clean Heat Contractors. The Park pays the System Benefits Charge and is eligible for the rebate. The work under this RFQ has been determined to be a public work pursuant to Article 8 (Construction) / 9 (Building Services in excess of $1,500) of the New York Labor Law which requires prevailing wages to be paid. The PRC # for this RFQ is: 2024001773. The completion date for this project is 60 Days after PO has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. System substantial completion date 5/3/2024.
