Renovation of an educational facility in Needham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
HVAC Filed Bid contractor prequalification for Broadmeadow School RTU replacement. Attendance is strongly encouraged. Scope includes the replacement of all five existing Broadmeadow School RTUs during the summer of 2025. All work associated with the RTU replacement is to be substantially completed and the system fully operational by August 15, 2025. The Estimated Construction Cost: $4,090,000. DCAMM Certification is required. No oral interpretations will be made to any bidders as to the meaning of the specifications. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing by a bidder and sent to GGD Consulting Engineers, Inc., 375 Faunce Corner Road, Suite D, Dartmouth, MA 02747, by email at jessica_fortin@g-g-d.com. General Bidder questions must be submitted by close of business on April 26, 2024 The HVAC Contractor must also be DCAMM certified as a Prime Contractor and will function as the General Contractor responsible for coordination of the other trades
