Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Van Buren Twp, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Reference Number 0000342770 1. Demolition of each structure listed above. 2. Removal of all materials from the demolition at each location. This includes all building materials, cement from foundations and/or slabs, tree debris, logs, stumps (as needed). 3. Offsite disposal of all materials removed from the demolition areas. 4. Restoration of the ground area where demolition took place. This includes backfilling all open holes with clean fill dirt and grade all holes and excavations that were part of the demolition areas. Seed and mulch all backfilled and graded areas with a grass seed mix appropriate for the area. Note: The Service Garage Trash Bin will not be seeded.
