Renovation of a water / sewer project in Scituate, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Construct 3.0 MGD surface water treatment plant. Alternates (if awarded) upgrades at existing raw water pump station & demolition of the old water treatment plant. Sub Bid Category Roofing-Flashing/Waterproof-Dampproofing & Caulking/Misc-Ornamental Iron/ Acoustical Tile/Resilient Floors/ Painting/Plumbing/HVAC/Electrical/Masonry/Fire Protection Sprinkler Sys/Elevators Sub-Bidders must be DCAMM certified for their respective class of Work. Sealed General Bids and sub-Bids will only be accepted from General Bidders and sub-Bidders previously PRE-QUALIFIED per Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 149, Sections 44D1/2 and 44D3/4 EXCEPT sub-Bids for Elevators will be accepted for which there were no pre-qualified sub-Bidders. Anyone receiving project information must be registered for public records purposes. Documents redistributed by a third-party are not considered official Bidding Documents. All official Bidding Documents will be available once registered. Questions related to Sub-Bids must be submitted to ScituateWTPSub-BidQuestions@woodardcurran.com no later than 12:00 p.m. local time on April 12, 2024.
