Funding for this project is through the Town of Brunswick. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Surface overlay of Bay Bridge Road, Driscoll Street, Grover Lane, Old Bath Road, Storer Road, Harding Road The scope of work for this project includes furnishing and installing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for a 1.25-inch surface overlay of Bay Bridge Road, Driscoll Street, Grover Lane, Old Bath Road, Storer Road, and Harding Road. Other work to be performed includes adjusting catch basins and utility covers as necessary and striping. Major quantities include: three thousand eight hundred tons of hot asphalt and eight thousand square yards of shoulder aggregate. Each bidder is required to state, in his/her proposal, his/her name and place of residence and the names of all persons or parties interested as principals with him/her, and that the proposal is made without any connection with any other bidder making any proposal for the same work, and that no person acting for or employed by the Town of Brunswick is directly or indirectly interested in the proposal or in any contract which may be entered into to which the proposal relates, or in any portion of the profits there from, except as provided by the Town Charter. No work shall commence prior to May 1, 2024 unless previously approved by the Town Engineer All work including final cleanup shall be completed by October 31,2024 unless otherwise stated in the Contract
