Documents on the project are from the original bid and the project contact has been unresponsive to the content team in providing updated documents for the rebid. Voluntary Barrier Removal Arcade Bidders should note that the OWNER's prequalification requirements include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractors (i.e., contractors licensed pursuant to Sections 7056-7059 of the Business and Professions Code, specifically holding A, B, C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C43, or C-46 licenses pursuant to regulations of the Contractors' State License Board) that contract directly with a bidder to perform any such component work on the Project. Bidders that intend to contract with any MEP subcontractors to perform any such component work on the Project shall only select MEP subcontractors that have been prequalified by the OWNER at least five (5) business days before the date fixed for the public opening of bids.
