The City of Big Bear Lake Department of Water & Power (DWP) is requesting bids for services and materials. Bidders may submit bids on any or all items. Awards will be made separately for each item bid to the lowest responsible bidder whose proposal complies with all the requirements prescribed. Bidders must be licensed (California license and City license), insured, and bonded per City of Big Bear Lake requirements. All work shall be in accordance with the latest revision of the Cal OSHA Health and Safety Act, Title 8, and all local agencies rules and regulations. The term of this proposal is for three years beginning with Fiscal Year 2024/25 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025). Bidders must be licensed (California license and City license), insured, and bonded per City of Big Bear Lake requirements. Special Requirements: All work shall be in accordance with the latest revision of the Cal OSHA Health and Safety Act, Title 8, and all local agencies rules and regulations. Proposals listed below are for the first year only. A cost adjustment, not to exceed the Engineering News Record cost index will be applied for the second and third year, Fiscal Year 2025/26 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026) and Fiscal Year 2026/27 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027) with DWP approval.
